Burns Janitor Service knows that a healthy and growing organization
must always be producing new leaders. Every six months, a
Burns Janitor Service employee is selected to receive executive
coaching from an outside firm. This is a six month program
that includes assessment in time mastery, communication, sales,
leadership, stress management, work expectation, etc.
