- Weekly
audits are performed by our A-Team.
- Our
A-Team Supervisor develops Plan of Correction within 24
hours of audit which is reviewed and approved by our VP,
Quality Assurance.
- The
Plan of Correction is implemented by our A Team or Site

2- Monthly CEO Site Visits
Our CEO visits each site per month. During this visit, the
CEO meets with the Contract Representative as well as BJS
employees. This site visit is made with the VP, QA and the
VP of Research & Development. A walk through of the site
is also completed and a written follow up plan of action is
developed and implemented.

Surveys
We utilize an outside company to conduct quarterly electronic
surveys. In December of each year, we have this firm conduct
a telephone survey with all of our customers. When we acquire
a new account, this firm contacts our valued new customers
by phone at the end of week one and at the end of 30 days.
We only know how to give the best customer service –
we know this is a problem prone industry that requires immediate
and proactive response.
Our Plan of Corrections is developed to get to the root cause
of your problems. We track results from our audits, and communicate
them to our clients.
